【岩木山（青森県）*】 Sep 3nd 2016, Mt.Iwaki, 1,625m

青森県には二つ（岩木山、八甲田山）の百名山がありますが、青森なんて人生に数回来れるかどうか分からない遠い場所なので、今回は一気に両方とも登りました。

岩木山は独立峰で弘前市のそこら中から眺めることができます。また、青森県の最高峰で富士山のようにインパクトのある山です。

独立峰だけあって、ずっと登り続けます。平坦な道を歩きのは5分もなかったと思います。そこそこキツイ斜面を休まず登ると、すぐにヘトヘトになります。しかも、標高180mからスタートするので、とにかく暑かったです。

暑すぎて1時間で帰りたくなりましたが、1,200mあたりから少し冷たい風を感じ始め、1,340mぐらいにある錫杖清水で水を1L程度飲んでから本調子に戻ってきました。ここの水は本当に冷たくて美味しいです。

軽く見てた山だったけど、結構のものでした。でも、八合目まで車、九合目までリフトに乗れるので、頂上には登山と関係のない人が大勢います。

There are two mountains that were designated as 100 famous mountains in Aomori Prefecture. There are very far from here(Saitama Prefecture), so I can't go there often, that is why I wanted to climb both of them at once. I'll introduce Mt.Iwaki in this post.

Mt.Iwaki is located in Hirosaki city. If you go there you can see the mountain from any place because it stands out from the rest of the landscape.

While climbing the mountain, you can come across two difficulties. One thing is the hot weather because I had to start climbing from the lower place(180m of altitude). The other thing is that the climbing can be exhausting because of the shape of the mountain. (There's no flat path.)

At 1,200m of altitude, I could feel the cold breeze and I could drink cold water from the mountain spring. After drinking some refreshing water, I could regain strength and continue climbing.

Even though climbing this mountain is tough, you can also get to the top by car or cable car. Therefore there were many people at the summit who were not climbers.

弘南バス会社が販売している「弘前駅⇆八合目駐車場」往復2,500券は、注意が必要です。買うときは全く説明がなかったものの、途中下車／乗車では使えないとのことで、岩木山神社前で運ちゃんともめていましたが、結局別途料金を払いました。気分が悪くなって山登りも楽しめず、戻ってからあの券は払い戻ししてもらいました。もう一つ、二日間利用可って書いてありますが、乗り放題ではなく、1往復限りです。バス代だけは東京の数倍もするので本当に嫌になっちゃうし、誰もが誤解しそうなあの売り方はいかがなもんかなと思います。

ホテルリコルソ弘前
前日、本格的な温泉「酸ヶ湯温泉」を満喫したので、当日は深夜バスまでゆっくりできる場所を選びました。さくら野百貨店に入っているもので、駅から歩いて20分とちょっと遠いですが、100円バスも利用できます。コストパフォーマンスの良いところでした。後、すぐ目の前にある「BAN 幡」というラーメン屋さんが美味しかったです。
